ACCOUNTS MANAGER
On behalf of our Tanzania based client, we are looking for a competent and experienced Accounts Manager.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
General Ledger & Reconciliation: Manage GL entries, sub-ledgers, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and GAAP. Manage internal and external audits.
Operational Efficiency: Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
At least 6–8 years of experience in a manufacturing industry or similar industrial environment (Steel manufacturing industry).
Skills in ERP systems, Excel data analysis, etc.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Translator: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their business needs into technical requirements for our execution team.
• Project Stewardship: Ensure the delivery of Net Zero and ESG strategies stays on schedule, meets quality standards, and aligns with the client’s corporate vision.
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential clients who require Net Zero pathways or carbon consultancy.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, Sustainability, or a related field.
Experience Level: Mid-level (2–4 years).
Sustainability Literacy: A strong understanding of the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol, Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), and the voluntary carbon market.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Group’s advertising and digital agencies.
• Paid Media Oversight: Manage and optimize budgets for paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube). Review ad sets, targeting strategies, and bidding models to ensure maximum ROI.
• Translate business objectives into creative briefs for both organic content and performance marketing funnels.
• Monitor performance metrics (CPA, CPC, ROAS) and ensure the agency is hitting conversion KPIs rather than just engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Experience: 2–5 years in Marketing Communications, PR, or Digital Marketing.
The “Performance Specialist”: You aren’t just creative; you are data-driven. You understand how to scale a post that is performing well and when to cut spend on an underperforming ad.
Strategic Writer: You can pivot from a formal press release to a punchy, high-conversion ad copy.
