GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
· Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience as a Technical Service Manager or in a supervisory role
· At least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role
· Proven experience in managing biomedical equipment, security screening systems, or industrial graphic printing machines
· Experience in after-sales service management, maintenance planning, and technical support operations
