HR ASSISTANT

Job Summary:
The HR Assistant will support daily HR operations and help ensure efficient management of employee records, recruitment activities, and compliance with company policies. The role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees).
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
• Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation.
• Support performance appraisal and training coordination activities.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR administrative support.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative work (internship experience accepted).
• Good understanding of Tanzania labor laws and HR procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
