AzamTV, the leading media and entertainment company in Africa, is looking for highly skilled and experienced professionals to fill the position of Regional Sales Managers in Zambia. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving overall sales performance in the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare sales forecasts
• Achieve sales targets for the assigned region
• Analyze sales and market trends to optimize performance
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national sales goals
• Identify new market avenues and expansion opportunities within the assigned territory
• Expand distribution networks and product availability
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
• Ensure effective product placement and visibility
• Appoint and manage distributors
• Ensure timely stock replenishment and maintain healthy inventory levels
• Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team and promoters
• Set individual targets and conduct regular performance reviews
• Build strong relationships with key accounts
