Role Purpose
To provide strategic, operational, and commercial leadership for the tourism business, ensuring sustainable business growth, operational excellence, strong client experience, and effective coordination of outsourced service providers. The incumbent will drive business development, oversee daily operations, manage administration, and build internal systems appropriate for a growing tourism enterprise.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, or a related industry
- Proven experience in business development and client acquisition
- Strong operational management experience
- Good understanding of the Tanzanian tourism ecosystem
