JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Positions Available:
- Steel Fabricator (30 Positions)
- Carpenter (30 Positions)
- Grinder Operator (7 Positions)
Reporting to: Area Supervisor
Work Station: Nyanzaga Area, Sengerema District
Type of Employment: Fixed-term Employment
1. STEEL FABRICATOR
Requirements:
- Ability to read and write.
- Strong understanding of different types of steel and their applications.
- More than three (3) years of experience in steel fabrication.
- Proof of work experience (service certificate).
- Vocational or technical training certificates in steel fabrication (applicants with certificates will be given priority).
2. CARPENTER
Requirements:
- Ability to read and write.
- More than two (2) years of experience in carpentry.
- Proof of work experience (service certificate).
- Vocational or technical training certificates in carpentry (applicants with certificates will be given priority).
3. GRINDER OPERATOR
Requirements:
- Ability to read and write.
- Good ability to operate grinding machines.
- Grinding or Fitter Mechanics certificates (applicants with certificates will be given priority).
- More than two (2) years of experience in operating grinding machines, with proof of work experience.
NB: All applications should be submitted to the Office of the Executive Officer of Igalula Ward or to the Village Chairperson of Sotta, Nyabila, Ngoma, Nyasigu, or Lubungo villages. Applicants who are not residents of Igalula Ward should submit their applications to the Sengerema District Council.
Applicants must attach an introduction letter from their place of residence.
