Position 1: Bush Clearing Supervisor (3 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise bush clearing teams and daily field operations.
· Ensure clearing activities are completed according to approved plans and schedules.
· Monitor labour productivity and maintain accurate field records.
· Implement occupational health, safety, and environmental procedures.
· Coordinate fire prevention and fire management activities.
· Read survey maps and GPS coordinates to guide field operations.
· Report progress, challenges, and resource requirements to management.
· Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools.
Key Qualifications:
· Certificate or Diploma in Forestry, Agriculture, Natural Resources, or a related field is preferred. A Diploma is an added advantage.
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in bush clearing, land development, or forestry operations is preferred.
· Experience supervising large field labour gangs preferred.
· Survey map and GPS coordinate reading ability recommended.
· Fire management and OHS knowledge recommended.
· Field data capture using digital devices recommended.
· Large scale estate or agribusiness experience an added advantage.
Position 2: Road and Drainage Supervisor (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise road construction, maintenance, and drainage activities.
· Monitor contractor and equipment performance on site.
· Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
· Coordinate grading, compaction, excavation, and drainage works.
· Conduct routine inspections and prepare progress reports.
· Ensure adherence to safety and environmental requirements.
· Assist with planning and scheduling infrastructure works.
· Maintain accurate records of completed works and resource utilization.
Key Qualifications:
· Certificate in Civil Engineering, Roads and Infrastructure, or Construction Supervision is preferred. A Diploma is an added advantage.
· 3 to 5 years road construction or drainage works experience preferred.
· Engineering drawing and drainage profile reading ability preferred.
· Grader, compactor, and excavator operations knowledge recommended.
· Road geometry and drainage gradient understanding recommended.
· GPS and survey instrument usage recommended.
· Valid driving licence Class C or above preferred.
· Agricultural or mining infrastructure experience an added advantage.
Position 3: Surveyor / GPS Measurement Officer (3 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct field surveys and GPS measurements for land development projects.
· Collect, process, and verify survey data.
· Prepare maps, layouts, and survey reports.
· Operate RTK GPS, Total Stations, and related survey equipment.
· Maintain survey records and geospatial databases.
· Support project planning and land demarcation activities.
· Ensure accuracy of survey data and measurements.
· Assist in GIS mapping and data analysis.
Key Qualifications:
· Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or GIS preferred.
· 3 to 5 years field surveying experience in land development preferred.
· RTK GPS and Total Station hands-on experience preferred.
· AutoCAD, ArcGIS, QGIS, and Google Earth Pro proficiency recommended.
· Tanzania geodetic control network knowledge recommended.
· Survey data processing and report writing ability recommended.
· AQRB registration an added advantage.
· Drone UAV and photogrammetry experience an added advantage.
Position 4: Fuel Supervisor (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage fuel storage, distribution, and consumption records.
· Monitor fuel stock levels and prepare daily reports.
· Ensure compliance with fuel handling and safety procedures.
· Conduct tank calibration and fuel dip measurements.
· Investigate fuel variances and recommend corrective actions.
· Coordinate fuel deliveries and stock reconciliations.
· Maintain accurate fuel registers and documentation.
· Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications:
· Form IV certificate with passes in Mathematics and Science is preferred.
· Certificate in Stores Management, Petroleum Operations, or Logistics is preferred.
· 3 to 5 years fuel management or depot supervision experience preferred.
· Strong numeracy and fuel stock keeping accuracy recommended.
· MS Excel proficiency for fuel registers and reports recommended.
· Tank calibration and dip measurement knowledge recommended.
· Estate, construction, or mining experience preferred.
· EWURA regulations knowledge an added advantage.
Position 5: Store Supervisor (Storekeeper) (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage inventory, stock control, and store operations.
· Receive, inspect, and issue materials according to procedures.
· Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
· Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
· Ensure proper storage of agricultural inputs, spare parts, and consumables.
· Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests.
· Enforce safety standards for storage of hazardous materials.
· Support audits and inventory verification exercises.
Key Qualifications:
· Certificate or Diploma in Stores Management or Supply Chain preferred.
· 3 to 5 years storekeeper experience in agribusiness or construction preferred.
· FIFO and inventory management principles knowledge preferred.
· MS Excel proficiency for stock records and reporting recommended.
· Spare parts and agricultural inputs identification ability recommended.
· Chemical safety and hazardous material storage knowledge recommended.
· High integrity and accuracy in stock documentation recommended.
· ERP system familiarity an added advantage.
Position 6: Data Clerk (3 Positions)
Key Responsibilities:
· Capture, verify, and maintain project and operational data.
· Prepare routine reports and management information summaries.
· Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
· Maintain databases and filing systems.
· Support field teams with data collection and consolidation.
· Generate reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
· Assist in tracking project performance indicators.
· Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
· Form VI certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Clerk, MIS Officer, or Administrative Clerk on projects is preferred.
· Advanced MS Excel proficiency including pivot tables and VLOOKUP preferred.
· MS Word and PowerPoint proficiency recommended.
· Fast and accurate data entry with strong attention to detail recommended.
· Good English and Kiswahili communication skills recommended.
· Estate, NGO, or construction MIS experience an added advantage.
