RISK AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Selcom Bank Microfinance is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Risk and Compliance Officer. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the bank’s operations adhere to regulatory standards, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
Key Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of banking experience in credit, risk, audit, forensics, or related functions.
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Risk Management.
· Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFE, or risk/compliance qualifications) are an added advantage.
· Strong understanding of audit and risk management methodologies, including regulatory requirements for information security, privacy, and data security.
· Willingness to travel to customer sites and bank branches across Tanzania.
