- ADMINISTRATOR – Dar es Salaam
Qualifications and Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Office Management, Logistics, or any related field. • Proven experience in administration, preferably in automotive, import/export, or trading industry. • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and record management systems. • Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.

- EXECUTIVE SECRETARY – Dar es Salaam
Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or any related field. • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in compliance, corporate affairs, regulatory affairs, administration, or a similar role. • Strong understanding of Tanzanian regulatory requirements and government procedures. • Experience dealing with BRELA, TMDA, TBS, NEMC, LATRA, Labour and Immigration authorities will be an added advantage.

Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Commerce, Law, or any related field. • Postgraduate qualification in Information Security, Forensics, Risk Management, or related disciplines. • 5–10+ years’ experience and proven track record in security and IT Security, IT Risk and IT audit field. • In-depth exposure to and experience with application of industry accepted IT governance standards (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF, King III or similar).

Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field. • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in export logistics, preferably in agro-products or food processing. • Experience with organic certification processes is highly desirable. • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.

Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or any related field. • Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive, import/export, or related trading sector (2–3 years of experience). • Strong understanding of vehicle market dynamics in Tanzania is an added advantage. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
