1. Executive Assistant to Chief Technology & Digital Transformation (1 Position)
Job Location: Head Office, HQ
Job Purpose
To provide high-level executive, administrative, financial planning, and coordination support to the Chief Technology & Digital Transformation by ensuring effective budget monitoring and reporting, efficient office and stakeholder management, timely preparation of reports and correspondence, proper documentation and records management, and coordinated planning of departmental resources, headcount, and key technology workstreams to enable smooth execution of the department's strategic priorities.
Main Responsibilities
Financial Planning, Monitoring & Reporting
- Review all administrative departmental budgets against actual reports on a monthly basis and identify areas of concern.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly budget meetings with all sections within the department.
- Recommend requisitions and check requests, ensuring budget availability and proper charge codes are identified.
- Work with departmental managers and the Finance Department to prepare annual OPEX and CAPEX budget requests and justifications.
- Review operational and financial records and reports, making recommendations for improvements and supporting departments in analyzing operational and financial efficiency.
- Conduct research and prepare forecasts of future financial and business conditions using multiple scenarios while reviewing trends affecting Technology, Operations, and key technology projects.
- Analyze budget performance by reviewing actual versus budgeted expenses.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support management decisions, prepare capital budget evaluations, and develop financial models using spreadsheets.
- Monitor budget performance and develop policies for budget monitoring and control.
- Prepare special management reports for EXCO on departmental finances and initiatives.
- Assist cost center managers with budget preparation and interpretation by providing explanations on budget items.
- Coordinate and consolidate cross-department analytical reports and presentations on the Technology & Digital Transformation portfolio for executive review.
- Assist in compiling routine and ad hoc reports.
- Coordinate performance management meetings, consolidate departmental scorecards, and monitor performance commitments.
Administrative
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while representing the bank professionally.
- Manage the Chief Technology & Digital Transformation's calendar, meetings, appointments, and interviews, and serve as secretary for departmental management meetings.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, track action items, and ensure commitments are completed before subsequent meetings.
- Support Heads of Department in coordinating work pipelines and workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper filing of all incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence.

Main Responsibilities
Innovation Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the Innovation Lab vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and innovation opportunities.
- Build and sustain a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous learning.
- Drive and institutionalize User Experience (UX) design practices through modern design methodologies and frameworks.
- Lead design strategy by developing value propositions, customer journey maps, ecosystem blueprints, UX toolkits, prototypes, and evaluation frameworks.
Idea Generation & Portfolio Management
- Lead ideation activities including design thinking workshops, hackathons, and innovation challenges.
- Analyze stakeholder requirements for new products and solutions.
- Conduct user requirements analysis, conceptual modeling, interaction design, usability testing, and information architecture.
- Manage multiple innovation projects and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
- Establish governance frameworks to monitor progress, risks, and return on investment.
Design Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end design and execution of digital products, platforms, and solutions.
- Lead creative sessions and support proposal development.
- Design user interfaces and information architecture using customer-centered methodologies.
- Develop product ecosystem roadmaps and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with product development, technology, digital labs, and project teams to ensure implementation aligns with approved designs.
- Map complete customer journeys for products and solutions using UX/UI prototypes.
Digital Products Market Insights & Research
- Lead research activities and produce market intelligence reports and recommendations.
- Utilize digital tools to collect and maintain research findings and market insights.
- Collaborate across departments to develop customer-driven products and services.
- Lead surveys and market validation studies to assess demand, usability, and adoption of digital banking products.
Product & Solution Development
- Lead rapid prototyping, proof-of-concept development, and pilot implementation.
- Collaborate with technology, product, operations, and business teams to refine and scale validated solutions.
- Implement agile methodologies and continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with business and regulatory requirements before deployment.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Pilot Leadership
- Lead User Acceptance Testing for digital products and solutions.
- Design and oversee pilot programs to validate functionality, usability, and customer experience.
- Promote customer-centered validation methodologies and incorporate feedback into product improvements.
- Establish effective feedback mechanisms to continuously improve products and services.
Quality Assurance & Governance
- Develop and enforce innovation quality standards.
- Oversee quality assurance throughout product design, validation, and implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance metrics, feedback, and post-implementation reviews.
People Management & Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary Innovation Lab team.
- Foster a performance-driven culture through coaching, performance management, and continuous feedback.
- Identify capability gaps and coordinate staff development initiatives, ensuring training needs are properly planned and budgeted.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in product design, product development, or innovation, including leadership experience in small or large enterprises.
- Experience in product development, research, or innovation within the banking or financial services industry is an added advantage.
