Food and Beverage Manager
• Formal Qualification Required
• Minimum 2 years’ Experience as Food & Beverage Manager in a Luxury Hotel or Lodge
• Detailed Knowledge of POS Systems (Micros/IDS)
• Menu and Beverage List Design and Costing
• Strong Focus on Guest Satisfaction and Experience in Department Budgeting
Executive Chef
• Formal Qualification Required
• Minimum 3 years’ Experience as a 5-Star Executive Chef
• Menu Design and Costing Expertise
• Hands-On Quality Control
• HACCP Trained and Certified
• Strong Knowledge of Materials Control
Executive Housekeeper
• Formal Qualification Required
• Minimum 3 years’ Experience as Executive Housekeeper
• Well-Versed in PMS
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Experience in Laundry Operations
• Strong Leadership and Teamwork Skills
R & M Manager (Repairs and Maintenance Manager)
• Formal Qualification Required
• Minimum 3 years’ Experience as Repairs and Maintenance Manager in a Luxury Hotel or Lodge
• Able to Work Effectively Under Pressure
• Experienced in Buildings, Equipment, Generators, Vehicles, and Solar Systems
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Skilled in Cost Control and Reporting
GENERAL REQUIREMENT
All Candidates must have a Minimum of 2 Years' Experience in the Same Position within a Luxury Hospitality Environment.
