Kai Ruki University (KU) is seeking a visionary and experienced leader to fill the position of Deputy Vice Chancellor for Planning, Finance and Administration (DvCPFA).
POSITION SUMMARY
The Deputy Vice Chancellor for Planning, Finance and Administration will provide strategic leadership and oversight in planning, financial management, administration, human resources, procurement, infrastructure development, and ICT services to support the University's mission and long-term growth.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a senior academic staff member at the rank of Professor or Associate Professor. • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in senior management positions. • Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, budgeting, and resource mobilization. • Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing finance, administration, human resources, procurement, infrastructure, and ICT services. • Experience in managing budgets, financial controls, audits, and compliance with regulatory frameworks. • Sound knowledge of national laws and policies governing higher education and public service.
