IT Capacity Planning Manager
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and report utilization trends across servers, storage, databases, networks, backup systems, software, and licenses.
- Identify potential resource constraints before they affect business operations.
- Forecast future IT resource requirements based on historical trends and business growth projections.
- Develop capacity plans for infrastructure, databases, cloud environments, and storage platforms.
- Recommend upgrades, scaling strategies, and optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with system administrators, database administrators, and application teams to improve resource utilization and system performance.
- Ensure workloads are effectively balanced across IT systems and environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Capacity Planning.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies and enterprise IT environments.
- Experience with monitoring and capacity planning tools is an added advantage.
Application Support Supervisor
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Application Support team.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for business-critical applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Coordinate incident management and service restoration activities.
- Ensure application availability and optimal performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Application Support or IT Operations.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Training and Development Manager
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Requirements
