POSITION: FINANCE MANAGER - MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING
POSITION BASED IN: Dar Es Salaam
THE ROLE
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis reports.
• Monitor cost performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Support financial modeling and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data and reports.
THE CANDIDATE
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Minimum 6-8 years' experience in management accounting or financial analysis, preferably within a banking environment.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
