CNS® Group is seeking a qualified and motivated Air Ticketing and Reservation Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about travel, customer service, and airline reservations.
Key Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Travel and Tourism or Business Administration (preferred)
• IATA or UFTAA ticketing certification (an added advantage)
• Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre reservation systems (preferred)
• Familiarity with fare structures and airline policies (preferred)
• Strong customer service and client handling skills (recommended)
• Ability to support sales and convert inquiries (recommended)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation platforms (recommended)
• High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping (recommended)
• Integrity and confidentiality in all client dealings (recommended)
