POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER
Location: Geita (Mchauru), Tanzania
Coastal Air is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Geita (Mchauru), Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects to ensure they are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with organizational objectives.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a Tanzanian Citizen.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, Logistics & Transport Management, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Experience working in aviation, transport, logistics, or other regulated operational environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
Candidates with knowledge or experience in the following areas will have an added advantage:
• Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Aviation Security.
• Quality Assurance (QA).
• Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Aerodrome Operations.
• Valid Flight Operations Officer (FOO) Licence.
