JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
Jay Africa is a Tanzanian company dealing in the sale of building materials, automotive electrical supplies, and wholesale eggs, with branches at Tabata, Mabibo, and Tandale, and its head office located at Tabata.
The company is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Salesperson to join its team and support sales growth across all Jay Africa branches.
POSITION: SALESPERSON
Number of Posts: 1
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve customers and assist them in identifying and obtaining the products they need.
• Provide accurate information about building materials and other products available in the store.
• Conduct sales transactions and maintain proper sales records.
• Arrange and display products correctly and neatly in their designated locations.
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization within the store.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Must have at least a Form Four (O-Level) education.
• Must have experience in sales; experience in a building materials store or egg wholesale business will be an added advantage.
• Must possess good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be honest, disciplined, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work under sales targets and performance expectations.
