- Digital Financial Services (DFS) Business Development Manager
Location: Zanzibar, Tanzania
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business growth across digital banking channels.
• Expand mobile and internet banking adoption.
• Grow the merchant acquiring business.
• Develop and strengthen the agency banking network.
• Build and manage strategic business partnerships.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant working experience.

- Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Tanzania
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of brand strategy and marketing plans.
• Drive commercialization of new products and services.
• Manage product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Evaluate and report on marketing performance and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Master’s degree and/or professional certification such as CIM will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in marketing, brand management, and marketing campaigns.

Location: Tanzania
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and vet corporate facility agreements.
• Prepare and manage corporate securities documentation.
• Coordinate with external lawyers for perfection of securities.
• Maintain and update securities records and databases.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B).
• Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
• Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant legal experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct credit analysis and prepare credit reports.
• Maintain customer portfolio information.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements.
• Support Relationship Managers in managing corporate clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, including at least two (2) years in credit analysis and sales.

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and line managers.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Lead organizational design and performance management initiatives.
• Drive talent management and employee engagement programs.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive HR experience.
• At least five (5) years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
