- RESTAURANT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily restaurant operations
· Lead and motivate the front-of-house team
· Ensure exceptional customer service
· Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier relations
· Handle staff scheduling and training
· Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
· Resolve customer concerns and operational challenges effectively
Requirements:
· Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
· Good organizational and inventory management skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets
- WAITERS & WAITRESSES
Responsibilities:
· Greet and serve guests with a warm and professional attitude
· Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
· Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas
· Assist with setting up and closing restaurant operations
· Respond to customer inquiries and requests professionally
· Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Team player with a positive attitude
- CLEANING STAFF
Responsibilities:
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all restaurant areas
· Clean floors, tables, surfaces, restrooms, and kitchen areas
· Ensure proper waste disposal and sanitation procedures are followed
· Replenish cleaning supplies as needed
· Support the team in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment
Requirements:
· Previous cleaning experience is an advantage
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
· Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Relevant experience for each position is preferred but not mandatory for all roles
· Strong work ethic and positive attitude
· Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
· Must be punctual, honest, and committed to high standards
