Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
· 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or service industry.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations and Sales Officer to manage reservations, support sales activities, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a good understanding of hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle reservation inquiries via email, phone calls, and online booking platforms.
· Process bookings, cancellations, and reservation amendments accurately.
· Promote the camp to travel agents, tour operators, and potential clients to generate sales.
· Provide accurate information about accommodation, rates, packages, and availability.
· Maintain reservation records and coordinate bookings.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
· Solid understanding of the hospitality and travel industry.
· 0-2 years of experience in reservations, sales, or hospitality operations, ideally in a camp, lodge, or hotel environment.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, and reservation or booking systems.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy.
