Position: Loan Officer

Location: Sava-Tech Financial Services, Dar es Salaam
Required Qualities & Qualifications:
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in microfinance, banking, or lending services is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of credit risk analysis.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
