REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering with ERB certification.
- 5+ years of experience in drilling and blasting services.
- Expertise in blasting techniques, explosives handling, and safety.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and multiple priorities.
