Key Responsibilities
- Support entrepreneur mobilization.
- Conduct training and mentorship for entrepreneurs.
- Support business development initiatives.
- Manage beneficiaries' data and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct field monitoring and reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Community Development, Agribusiness, Commerce, Microfinance, or a related field.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to work closely with communities.
