Position: Relationship Managers
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least five years’ proven experience in growing and managing a quality lending portfolio within a regulated financial institution.
- Strong track record in client acquisition, credit assessment, deal structuring and achievement of ambitious business targets.
- Established business networks and the ability to convert opportunities into profitable, long-term client relationships.
- Sound understanding of credit documentation, collateral, portfolio monitoring, collections and recovery.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
- Strong analytical ability, commercial judgement and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant financial systems.
Position: Credit Analysts
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least five years’ proven experience in assessing and structuring business credit within a regulated financial institution.
- Strong ability to analyse financial statements, cash flows, repayment capacity, business models and sector risks.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing high-quality credit proposals and presenting sound recommendations to approving authorities.
- Good understanding of collateral assessment, credit documentation, portfolio monitoring and early-warning indicators.
- Strong analytical judgement, report-writing ability and attention to detail.
- CPA, ACCA, CFA or an equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
