YAYA Mines Resources Co. Ltd is seeking to recruit various positions for its operations in Tanzania mines. The successful candidates will carry out assigned tasks and projects at the YYR Site in Singida, with flexibility to relocate to any other mine sites. The goal is to build the YYR DREAM TEAM to meet agreed company expectations in terms of client satisfaction, cost effectiveness, business growth, and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and government policies.

- HME Mechanics – 3 Posts
- Boiler Maker – 1 Post
- Tyre Fitter – 3 Posts
- Auto Electrician – 2 Posts
- Maintenance Planner – 1 Post
- Maintenance Scheduler – 1 Post
Qualification Requirements, Experience and Competence Needed
- Degree, Diploma, Certificate, Secondary Education, VETA, or equivalent qualification relevant to the position being applied for.
- At least three years of experience in the same position within the Mining or Construction industry.
- Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply, especially for the ADT Operator positions.
- Sound exposure to operations and project development in a developing country environment, including culture, business environment, and infrastructure.
