1. PROCUREMENT OFFICER
Industry: Automotive
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for automotive parts, equipment, general administrative supplies, and services.
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, pricing, supplier capabilities, and product availability.
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service level agreements with suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve supplier-related issues.
- Collaborate with workshop, warehouse, and administration teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Track procurement performance and prepare periodic procurement reports.
- Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement of procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems will be an added advantage.
2. SALES REPRESENTATIVES (2) – HYUNDAI CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
Industry: Automotive
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Promote and sell Hyundai Construction Equipment, including excavators, wheel loaders, forklifts, and other heavy equipment, to individual and corporate customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, mining firms, government institutions, and other key clients.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer site visits.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales negotiations.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product specifications, pricing, financing options, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the service and spare parts teams to ensure excellent customer support and after-sales service.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, customer records, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments in accordance with company policies.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales of construction equipment, heavy machinery, commercial vehicles, or related industrial products.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the construction equipment industry and heavy machinery market.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
3. MANAGING PARTNER
Industry: HR Consulting
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s business growth and market expansion strategy.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across recruitment, executive search, training, HR advisory, payroll, outsourcing, and related HR services.
- Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, tenders, and negotiate profitable service agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business leaders, and strategic partners.
- Lead major recruitment, executive search, and HR consulting assignments from acquisition to successful delivery.
- Oversee the delivery of training, organizational development, and HR advisory projects while maintaining high quality standards.
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing consulting and business development team.
- Establish performance targets, monitor team productivity, and foster a results-driven culture.
- Work closely with senior leadership to implement strategic plans, monitor business performance, and improve operational efficiency.
- Represent the company at business forums, conferences, networking events, and professional engagements to strengthen the company’s visibility and reputation.
- Develop strategic partnerships with corporations, professional associations, training institutions, development partners, and other organizations.
- Prepare management reports covering revenue, business development, operational performance, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
- A Master’s Degree or recognized professional HR qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR consulting, recruitment, executive search, business development, training, or professional services.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior management, partner, director, or business leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and securing corporate consulting contracts.
- Strong understanding of the Tanzanian business environment and corporate market.
- Excellent leadership, business development, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
4. TRANSPORT MANAGER
Industry: Logistics
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily transport operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage fleet scheduling, vehicle allocation, and route planning.
- Supervise drivers and transport staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and road safety regulations.
- Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Transport Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in transport or fleet management.
- Strong knowledge of fleet operations and transport regulations.
- Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
5. STORE & YARD MANAGER
Industry: FMCG
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all store and yard operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of FMCG products.
- Ensure accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound vehicle movements to optimize yard operations and minimize turnaround time.
- Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain product quality and prevent stock damage or loss.
- Lead, supervise, and develop storekeepers, warehouse staff, and yard personnel to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor warehouse housekeeping and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation for inventory movements, dispatches, receipts, and stock transfers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and operational performance reports.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and deliveries.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, stock variance, and dispatch performance.
- Ensure efficient utilization and maintenance of warehouse equipment and storage facilities.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse and yard efficiency.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, store, or logistics operations within the FMCG industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and yard management.
- Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices and stock control procedures.
- Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good understanding of occupational health and safety standards in warehouse operations.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.
