1. DEPOT MANAGER – ZANZIBAR

We are looking for a results-driven Depot Manager to manage the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our fuel depot in Zanzibar.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily depot operations and supervise staff.
- Oversee fuel receipt, storage, inventory, and dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor depot performance, maintenance, and product quality.
- Maintain excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in depot or petroleum operations.
- Strong leadership, inventory management, and operational planning skills.
2. HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE) OFFICER – ZANZIBAR

We are seeking a proactive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate HSE training, emergency drills, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain HSE records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years' HSE experience in the petroleum, oil & gas, energy, or logistics sector.
3. OPERATIONS MANAGER – ZANZIBAR

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our petroleum storage, transportation, and distribution operations in Zanzibar.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operational activities across depots and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee inventory management and operational performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and business efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
