We are seeking qualified professionals to join our team in the following roles:
1. INFORMATION SECURITY ENGINEER
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Telecom industry experience is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or IT security engineering.
- Experience with enterprise security technologies including Firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM/PAM, DLP, VPN, and encryption solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain information security technologies across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Administer and optimize security solutions including Firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, PAM, DLP, VPN, encryption, and email security.
- Monitor security events, investigate and respond to security incidents, support forensic investigations, and recovery activities.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, coordinate penetration testing, manage patching, and ensure timely remediation.
- Manage identity and access security including user provisioning, privileged access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and periodic access reviews.
- Secure cloud infrastructure by implementing cloud security controls and supporting cloud security posture management.
Competencies
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, and OWASP.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM/PAM).
- Secure Software Development (Secure SDLC/DevSecOps).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer and business focus.
2. HEAD OF HRBP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree, MBA, or professional HR certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 10–12 years of experience across HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, and Talent Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the HR Business Partner (HRBP) function to align people strategies with business goals and organizational priorities.
- Develop and coach HRBP teams while strengthening stakeholder and cross-functional partnerships.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives aligned with future business and capability needs.
- Recommend efficient organizational structures that support productivity, cost optimization, and employee wellbeing.
- Lead performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and talent review initiatives.
- Guide leaders and HRBPs on conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and sensitive employee matters.
- Lead HRBP support for organizational transformation, restructuring, and culture change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, governance standards, and data confidentiality.

3. HEAD OF COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS, and financial modelling.
- 8–10 years of experience in HR Operations and HR Systems Management.
- Demonstrated experience managing Compensation and Benefits (C&B) functions within a large organization.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cohesive Total Rewards philosophy and strategy to support rapid business growth and diversification.
- Lead the annual compensation review cycle (salary, bonus, and equity) ensuring consistency and fairness.
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses to benchmark roles against Telecom, Technology, and FinTech sectors.
- Partner with Group Compensation & Benefits and subsidiaries to model the financial impact of reward decisions.
- Oversee the cross-company benefits portfolio, ensuring cost-effectiveness and relevance.
- Establish and enforce Compensation and Benefits policies while ensuring compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and reporting standards.
- Manage relationships with global compensation survey providers such as Mercer, Korn Ferry, and Willis Towers Watson, as well as benefits brokers.
- Lead the annual Compensation and Benefits budget planning process.
Competencies
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- In-depth understanding of HR Operations.
- High integrity and strong personal character.
4. KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – MOROGORO
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account acquisition and account management.
Core Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed growth targets from corporate accounts in line with the Business Enterprises business plan.
- Cross-sell products and services to new and existing clients while promoting high-value offerings.
- Develop, implement, and monitor account development plans to maximize new and repeat sales.
- Achieve agreed retention targets within the existing corporate account portfolio.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all Corporate Sector Account sales-related issues.
- Ensure account opening application forms are accurately completed, updated, and used for activations.
- Verify activation forms before account opening.
- Ensure all customer bills are paid in accordance with the company's credit policy.
- Identify potential credit risks and provide timely recommendations to management.

- Effective and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to set and manage priorities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within strict deadlines.
