Position: Customer Experience Associate
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
· Must have good PR and customer service skills.
· Handling orders, tagging items, and generating receipts.
· Inspecting garments for damage at intake and final delivery.
· Managing inquiries (calls/WhatsApp), complaints, and requests.
· Coordinating delivery riders for timely pickups and drop-offs.
· Processing payments and reconciling daily payments.
Requirements:
· At least a Diploma in Customer Service, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
· 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or front-office).
· Fluent in English and Kiswahili; ability to handle difficult customers calmly.
· Proficiency in using Point of Sale (PoS) systems, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
