Qualifications & Experience:
· A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
· Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: Securities Dealing, Investment Advisory, and Fund Management.
· A sound understanding of capital markets, investment products, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance.
· Managerial experience in the financial services sector.
· Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
