OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
The Brand Manager will be responsible for building and overseeing strategic and tactical year-round brand engagement initiatives for K-Vant Premium Spirit, K-Vant Special Edition, and Asilia Vodka, including branding, advertising, and promotional activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving long-term brand growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate, optimize, and lead the successful execution of consumer and trade marketing strategies and programs.
- Lead and collaborate with agency partners to deliver breakthrough integrated marketing communications that resonate with the target market and reinforce brand positioning.
- Ensure brand integrity by maintaining brand guidelines across all communication channels and ensuring all marketing activities align with brand and company values.
- Coach and collaborate with the sales team on brand direction and effective on-ground execution.
- Monitor and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Utilize market and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and manage the production of marketing materials to ensure consistency and brand cohesion.
- Develop annual marketing plans that support sustainable long-term brand growth.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in marketing.
- Proven experience in general brand management.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
