Branch Manager

Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role within retail banking.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, and people management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and monitor branch staff to ensure high performance and a motivated workforce.
  • Set and monitor performance objectives and provide regular feedback.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work effectively under pressure.
