Education
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role within retail banking.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, and people management.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and monitor branch staff to ensure high performance and a motivated workforce.
- Set and monitor performance objectives and provide regular feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain a solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work effectively under pressure.
