INSURANCE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AGENT
Head Office – Belvedere, Harare
Safel Insurance Company (Pvt) Ltd, a licensed short-term insurer regulated by the Insurance and Pensions Commission (IPEC), is looking to strengthen its business development team at Head Office. We are inviting applications from confident, driven and results-oriented individuals to join us as Insurance Business Development Agents.
Remuneration
A basic salary plus commission generated from individually sourced business – rewarding agents who are proactive in growing their own client base.
Key Requirements
· Any commercial qualification (Business, Marketing, Insurance, Sales or related field).
· Proven experience in marketing is a must.
· Prior experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage.
· Confident, persuasive marketing and selling skills.
· Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
· Willing and able to work as part of a team at Head Office.
· Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
