GROUP HEAD OF HR
Simera Transport Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Group Head of HR to lead the Human Resources function for our Transportation and Clearing & Forwarding Group.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Proven HR leadership experience in the transportation, logistics, or clearing & forwarding industry
· Strong knowledge of ARUTI
· Excellent understanding of Tanzanian Labour Laws
· Experience in strategic HR planning and organizational development
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within the transportation, logistics, or clearing & forwarding industry
