Budget and Grants Officer (Dar es Salaam)

Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified Budget and Grants Officer to support the preparation of financial proposal budgets and assist in administering donor-funded budgets. The role helps ensure compliance with donor guidelines during budget execution and grants management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, review, and monitoring of project budgets.
  • Ensure all financial terms adhere to funding partner requirements and organizational policies.
  • Assist with partner contract development and foster effective relationships with funding partners.
  • Ensure financial tracking and maintain accurate documentation for audits.

Qualifications and Experience

Clinical Officer (Dodoma) – MOOVE-TZ Project (9 Positions)

Position Summary

The Clinical Officer will be responsible for managing clinical data for patients receiving treatment at the health facility, including collecting, recording, verifying, and reporting clinical information in accordance with study protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all clinical-related activities at the study site.
  • Manage data collection processes and ensure informed consent procedures are followed.
  • Ensure the study is conducted according to protocol and ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Guidelines.
  • Report adverse events and prepare summary reports.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Clinical Medicine.

Position Summary

The Clinical Officer will support patient care and diagnostic testing by ordering, collecting, interpreting, and managing clinical laboratory investigations to guide accurate diagnosis and treatment for the EAVI Project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clinical trial site preparation and ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, and GCP.
  • Screen, recruit, enroll, and follow up study participants.
  • Obtain informed consent, collect clinical data, and maintain accurate documentation.

Position Summary

The Laboratory Technologist will perform specialized laboratory testing on biological samples, analyze results, and maintain laboratory equipment to support diagnosis and research activities.

  • Perform malaria parasitology, immunology, and molecular laboratory testing according to SOPs.
  • Receive, process, document, and test clinical specimens while maintaining traceability.
  • Conduct ELISA, ICS, PCR, RT-PCR, and qPCR assays.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, reagents, and consumables.
  • Ensure compliance with biosafety and laboratory safety procedures.
