Oversee programme design, implementation, and delivery to ensure quality results. Lead teams, manage resources, and drive strategic direction to achieve impactful outcomes.
2. Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
Design and lead M&E systems that track performance and inform decision-making. Ensure data-driven learning, accountability, and continuous improvement across all projects.
3. Grants & Partnership Officer
Build strategic partnerships and manage grants to support impactful collaborations. Strengthen relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders to advance organisational goals.
4. Programme Assistant
Provide efficient administrative and operational support to programme teams. Coordinate logistics, documentation, and communications to ensure smooth programme delivery.
5. Socio-Behavioral Change Officer
Design and lead initiatives that influence positive behavior change for lasting impact. Apply behavioural science and community engagement strategies to drive sustainable development
