Location: Mtwara, Tanzania
About the Role
The Tanzania Market Access Coordinator will support the implementation of market access initiatives, helping smallholder farmers access profitable agricultural markets. The role focuses on coordination, stakeholder engagement, operational execution, and improving value chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate market access activities and partnerships.
- Support aggregation, processing, and commercialization initiatives.
- Monitor project performance and prepare reports.
- Work closely with farmers, cooperatives, processors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned projects.
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in agribusiness, agricultural value chains, project coordination, or related fields.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in field environments.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementation of tree planting activities.

Requirements

3. Tanzania Tree Supervisor (Fixed-Term)
Locations: Songwe, Mbeya, Njombe, and Iringa, Tanzania
About the Role
The Tree Supervisor will oversee field implementation of tree planting activities, supervise field teams, ensure quality standards, and support farmers participating in the tree program.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily field operations.
- Train and mentor field staff.
- Monitor implementation quality.
- Prepare operational reports.
- Ensure program targets are achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Environmental Management, or a related field.
