- TECHNICAL OFFICER – LABORATORY SERVICES
Location: Kagera and Tabora Regions, Tanzania
Number of Positions: 2
Job Grade: Grade 5
The Technical Officer – Laboratory Services will support the strengthening of Laboratory Quality Management Systems and Regional Acceleration Strategy activities at supported sites in Kagera and Tabora Regions.
- TECHNICAL OFFICER – TB SERVICES
Location: Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Manyara, Dodoma, Singida, Tabora and Kagera
The Technical Officer – TB Services will coordinate and supervise the implementation of TB and TB/HIV services and provide technical assistance, mentorship and supervision to supported councils and health facilities.
Qualifications include a Degree or Advanced Diploma in Medicine, Nursing or a related field with relevant national registration. A Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field is an added advantage. Applicants should have relevant experience in TB and TB/HIV services and experience working with regional and council health management teams.
- TECHNICAL ADVISOR – PMTCT/PEDIATRIC AND YOUTH SERVICES
Location: Dodoma, Kagera and Tabora
The Technical Advisor will provide technical advice and hands-on support to the Regional Acceleration Strategy team and health facilities in pediatric and youth services, including prevention, care, treatment and support for HIV and TB services.
- INFORMATICS OFFICER
Location: Kagera and Tabora
Job Grade: Grade 5
The Informatics Officer will provide technical expertise in informatics, including data analytics and visualization using platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
- TECHNICAL OFFICER HTS/ART
Location: Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Manyara, Dodoma, Singida, Tabora and Kagera
Job Grade: Grade 5
The Technical Officer HTS/ART will provide regional-level technical assistance, mentorship and performance support to strengthen HIV Testing Services and HIV care and treatment interventions.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Public Health or another relevant health-related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications in Public Health, HIV/AIDS, Epidemiology or Health Systems Management are an advantage. Relevant experience in HIV programmes, HTS and HIV care and treatment is required.
- CONTINUUM OF TREATMENT OFFICER – HIV AND TB
Location: Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Manyara, Dodoma, Singida, Tabora and Kagera
The Continuum of Treatment Officer will support strategies that ensure clients diagnosed with HIV or TB are linked to appropriate treatment and care services, retained in care and supported to achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Social Sciences, Community Development, Clinical Medicine, Medicine, Health Systems Management or another relevant health-related field, together with relevant experience in HIV, TB or chronic disease programmes.
- GRANTS OFFICER
Location: Arusha, Manyara, Singida, Kagera and Tabora
Job Grade: Grade 5
The Grants Officer will support contract and sub-contract management and ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of EGPAF awards, applicable EGPAF policies and US Government regulations.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and at least three years of experience in US Government-funded grants/contracts administration and management. Project management experience is required.
- SENIOR FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Location: Kagera and Tabora
Number of Positions: 2
The Senior Finance and Administration Manager will support the Director of Operations in overseeing and strengthening Human Resources, Finance, Administration, Information Technology, Procurement and Logistics functions at field-office level.
Strong English and Kiswahili communication skills, analytical ability, integrity, ability to manage multiple priorities and experience working within relevant operational and compliance systems are among the required competencies.
