1. POSITION: EXECUTIVE HOUSE KEEPING
Formal Qualifications required:
- Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a housekeeping supervisory/management role, preferably in a hotel or lodge
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene and quality standards
2. POSITION: HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
Formal Qualifications required:
- Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred
- Good knowledge of cleaning standards, room inspections and team supervision
3. POSITION: ROOM ATTENDANTS
Formal Qualifications required:
- Certificate in Housekeeping, Hospitality or related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel/lodge housekeeping or cleaning services
- Good understanding of hygiene, cleanliness and guest-service standards
4. POSITION: P/A ATTENDANTS
Formal Qualifications required:
- Certificate in Housekeeping, Hospitality or related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel/lodge housekeeping or cleaning services
- Good understanding of hygiene, cleanliness and guest-service standards
5. POSITION: BARMEN
Formal Qualifications required:
- Certificate/Diploma in Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bartender in a hotel, lodge, restaurant or similar area
- Good knowledge of beverages, bar service and responsible alcohol service
6. POSITION: WAITERS / WAITRESSES
Formal Qualifications required:
- Certificate in Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hotel, lodge, restaurant or similar establishment
- Good knowledge of food service procedures, guest relations and table service
7. POSITION: CHEF DE PARTIE - TEPPANYAKI
Formal Qualifications required:
- Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, including experience in Teppanyaki or Japanese cuisine
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and kitchen safety standards
8. POSITION: SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE
Formal Qualifications required:
- Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional hotel, lodge or restaurant kitchen
- Good knowledge of food preparation, kitchen hygiene and food safety
9. POSITION: COMMIS CHEF
Formal Qualifications required:
- Certificate in Culinary Arts, Food Production or Professional Cookery
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and kitchen safety standards
