DARESSALAAM

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in sales, commerce, business administration, or sales and marketing leadership.
Strong financial acumen and experience in sales budget management and channel partner performance management.
Proven experience in regional sales planning, revenue growth, market share development, and sales performance management.

Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate cross-functional activities to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
Knowledge of product and brand management, risk management, governance, and compliance.

Requirements:

Minimum of Form Four (O-Level) education.
Must possess a functional smartphone for sales activities and customer communication.
Ability to identify potential customers and effectively promote products and services.
Experience in selling subscription-based services, telecommunications products, or related services will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work on a freelance basis under a commission-based remuneration structure, with earnings determined by successful sales.
