Position: Business Development Executive
DUTY STATIONS:
- (1) Dar es Salaam & Morogoro
- (1) Mwanza, Kahama & Geita
- (2) Arusha
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell Habari Enterprise products and Value-Added Services within your assigned territory.
- Acquire customers by generating at least 5 leads weekly on the CRM.
- Provide up-to-date reporting on sales activities, prospects, and competitor information.
- Execute marketing plans, roadshows, and territory branding (posters/flyers) to improve brand engagement.
- Ensure 100% new revenue generation, conversion, customer retention, and revenue collection in assigned markets.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the telecommunication industry.
- Excellent salesperson with experience selling to Enterprise customers and building quotations.
- Ability to accurately forecast, build a credible pipeline, and exceed targets.
- Fluency in English and Swahili.
