ANNOUNCEMENT TO ATTEND INTERVIEW
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat on behalf of Dar es Salaam Maritime Institute (DMI), Ministry of Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development, National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA), Office of Treasury Registrar (OTR), Marine Parks and Reserves Unit (MPRU), Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation (TBC), MDAs & LGAs, Tabora Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Authority (TUWASA), Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS), Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA), Tanzania Atomic Energy Commission (TAEC), College of Business Education (CBE), Institute of Finance Management (IFM), Tanzania Shipping Agencies Corporation (TASAC), National Institute of Transport (NIT), National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority (TAWA), Institute of Rural Development Planning (IRDP) wishes to inform job applicants who applied for various positions that interviews are scheduled to take place from 26/09/2025 to 24/10/2025. Applicants who pass the interview will be assigned work stations. Candidates invited for the interview should observe the following instructions:
- Interviews will start on the date and location shown in this announcement according to each cadre.
- Every interviewee must arrive at the interview venue wearing a mask.
- Every interviewee must have a recognized ID.
- Accepted identification includes: Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, Citizenship ID, Travel Document, Driver’s License, or an introduction letter from the Government authority of your village/ward.
- Interviewees must come with ORIGINAL ACADEMIC CERTIFICATES, from birth certificate, form IV, form VI, diploma, advanced diploma, higher diploma, bachelor’s degree, and postgraduate degree depending on applicant’s qualifications.
- Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, and result slips for form IV and VI will NOT be accepted, and candidates presenting them will NOT continue with the interview.
- Each candidate will cover their own costs for food, transport, and accommodation.
- Each interviewee must carefully check the date, time, and place where the interview will be held.
- For candidates who studied outside Tanzania, their certificates must be verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).
- Candidates whose names are not listed should log into their Ajira Portal accounts to check reasons for not being called to the interview so as not to miss future opportunities.
- For professional cadres that require registration with respective professional boards, candidates must bring their registration licenses and original academic certificates.
- All invited candidates must verify their details in their Ajira Portal account and confirm examination numbers which will be used on the interview day.
- Candidates with different names on their certificates must bring a Deed Poll document registered with the Ministry of Lands.
