1. Clinical Medicine Tutor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Medical Doctor (MD)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5 and above
  • At least 2 years of teaching or clinical experience
  • Fully registered and licensed by the Medical Council of Tanganyika (MCT)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, deliver, and assess lectures and practical sessions for Clinical Medicine students
  • Guide students in clinical practice and hospital-based training
  • Develop and update course materials in line with current medical standards
  • Conduct student mentoring, supervision, and academic advising
  • Participate in curriculum review and academic research activities
  • Ensure adherence to ethical and professional conduct in medical training
  • Contribute to institutional meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

2. Health Records & Information Tutor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Health Records and Information Technology (HRIT)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5 and above
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Teach and assess courses related to health records and data management
  • Guide students on practical data collection, coding, and analysis
  • Maintain and update academic course outlines and training resources
  • Supervise students during field and hospital record-keeping practice
  • Ensure compliance with health data confidentiality and ethics standards
  • Participate in institutional planning and academic quality assurance activities
  • Support digital health information system integration and innovation

3. Community Development Tutor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Community Development
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5 and above
  • Minimum of 2 years teaching or field experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver lectures, seminars, and community engagement projects
  • Facilitate student fieldwork and supervision in community settings
  • Develop course materials and evaluation tools for effective learning
  • Conduct research on community development and social impact projects
  • Mentor and advise students on professional and academic growth
  • Collaborate with other tutors and stakeholders in community outreach programs
  • Contribute to the enhancement of institutional training standards and performance
