HR World Ltd., on behalf of its clients, is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the following positions:

PROCUREMENT OFFICERS (3)
INDUSTRY: RETAIL

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and processing of purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and product information systems.
  • Ensure timely delivery of ordered goods and follow up with suppliers on order status.
  • Support market research, supplier evaluations, and cost comparison exercises.
  • Coordinate with Finance on supplier payments and invoice reconciliation.
  • Work closely with Stores/Inventory teams to verify deliveries and reconcile stock records.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, standards, and quality requirements.
  • Assist the Procurement Manager in preparing procurement reports, analysis, and improvement initiatives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail or wholesale procurement operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of procurement or inventory systems is an added advantage.

FINANCE MANAGER
INDUSTRY: LOGISTICS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts with accurate financial projections.
  • Conduct financial analysis on revenue, costs, cash flow, and profitability.
  • Monitor budget performance, investigate variances, and recommend corrective measures.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support management decision-making.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts and advise on cash gaps.
  • Manage working capital to ensure operational liquidity.
  • Implement cost-control measures and ensure expenditures remain within approved limits.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Monitor fuel cost and compute gross profit per truck per day.
  • Ensure trip variances and settlements are pre-approved and paid on time.
  • Support operations in planning fund availability for trip execution.
  • Reconcile fuel consumption, DCNs, and shipment-related expenses.
  • Ensure all local shipment orders are fully paid before completion.
  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, management accounts, and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
  • Review general ledger entries for accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Supervise billing and ensure timely receivables collection.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for local and transit services.
  • Monitor receivables, follow up on collections, and reduce debtor days.
  • Verify payables and ensure timely payments within approved guidelines.
  • Reconcile receipts vs. payments and highlight discrepancies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA/ACCA is a MUST (MBA is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in ICD/CFS or logistics environments.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, financial regulations, and TRA requirements.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and disciplined work ethics.

HR & ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISORS (2)
INDUSTRY: RETAIL

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all human resources and administrative functions within the branches.
  • Implement HR policies, performance management systems, and staff welfare programs.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Supervise administrative services including facilities, logistics, and records.
  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws and organizational standards.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors or management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in retail.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and administrative processes.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
