ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INTERVIEW INVITATION

The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of MDAs & LGAs, wishes to inform all Job Applicants who applied for various positions that interviews are expected to be conducted from 13/12/2025 to 23/12/2025, ultimately assigning successful applicants to their respective duty stations. Applicants invited for the interviews must observe the following guidelines:

  1. The interview will take place beginning on the date indicated in this announcement and in the specific areas allocated according to each Cadre.

  2. Every applicant must arrive at the interview venue wearing a Mask.

  3. Every applicant must bring original identification for verification, including: • National ID, Voter’s ID, Employment ID, Citizenship ID, Passport, Driving License, or any valid identification letter issued by a Government authority from their Ward/Village.

  4. Applicants must bring ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Certificate, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, and onwards depending on the job requirements.

  5. Applicants who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and Form VI results slips will NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.

  6. Cadres requiring registration by Professional Boards must bring their valid Registration Certificates and Licenses to practice.

  7. Each applicant should cover their own Meals, Transport, and Accommodation costs. They must also attend the interview wearing clean and respectable attire as outlined in the invitation letter.

  8. Applicants who studied abroad must ensure their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA). Applicants whose studies require a ‘GPA’ converted to Tanzanian standards must bring a conversion certificate from TCU.

  9. Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should verify their recruitment portal accounts under ‘Ajira Portal’ because missing names may be due to account issues, and they should not miss future opportunities.

  10. All shortlisted applicants must ensure the phone numbers linked to their portal accounts are active. Applicants undergoing interviews through online screening should remember their email accounts and passwords used in the Ajira Portal.

  11. Applicants whose names differ between academic certificates and identification documents must bring a Deed Poll certified by the Ministry of Lands.
