Job Purpose
To oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the Bank’s transportation and logistics operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely service delivery.
Principal Responsibilities
- Supervise daily logistics activities including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Monitor and improve warehouse and transportation efficiency
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Manage logistics staff including drivers and dispatchers
- Assign duties, provide training, and evaluate staff performance
- Liaise with suppliers and transport service providers
- Resolve delivery, transportation, and supply chain issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and operational procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Monitor and control logistics and transportation costs

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Inventory, Archives, Documents and Records Management or a related field

Job Purpose

Principal Responsibilities
