The Secretary of the Secretariat for Employment in the Public Service, President’s Office, wishes to inform all job applicants who passed the interviews conducted between 11 January 2025 and 28 November 2025 that the results of successful candidates are as listed in this announcement.
The list of names also includes some candidates whose details were found in the database because they had previously been allocated job placements after positions became available.
All successful interview candidates who have been allocated job placements will receive appointment letters through their Ajira Portal accounts under the “My Applications” section, where they will be required to download and print the letters and report to the assigned workstations.
Furthermore, successful candidates who have been allocated job positions are required to report to the respective employers within the time specified in their appointment letters, carrying original certificates for verification.
The verification of original certificates will be conducted before the issuance of official employment letters.
Candidates whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they have not been successful or did not pass the interview, and they are encouraged to apply again when new job vacancies are announced.
