ANNOUNCEMENT ON JOB APPOINTMENT

The Secretary of the Secretariat for Employment in the Public Service wishes to inform all job applicants for various positions who participated in interviews conducted between 14 January 2025 and 22 December 2025 that the results of the successful candidates are as listed in this announcement.

The list of names also includes some candidates who were in the recruitment database for various cadres and have been assigned work stations after positions became available.

All candidates who passed the interview and have been assigned duty stations will receive their appointment letters through their Ajira Portal accounts under the “My Applications” section.

Successful candidates are therefore required to log in to their Ajira Portal accounts to download and print their appointment letters for official use.

Thereafter, they must report to their assigned duty stations as indicated in the appointment letters and within the specified reporting time.

Applicants who have been assigned duty stations are required to report to their respective employers with original academic certificates starting from Form Four and above for verification purposes.

The verification of original certificates must be completed before the issuance of official employment letters by the employer.

Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should note that they were not successful in the interview process and are encouraged to apply again when new job opportunities are announced.
