The United Republic of Tanzania, through the President’s Office – Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of Ardhi University Morogoro (ARIMO), Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), Local Government Authorities (LGAs), the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA), the National Museums of Tanzania (NMT), the Tanzania Mining Commission (TMC), the Institute of Accountancy Arusha (IAA), the Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA), the Tanzania Engineering and Manufacturing Design Organization (TEMESA), the Muhimbili National Hospital (MNH), the Tanzania Industrial Research and Development Organization (TIRDO), the Tanzania Agricultural Research Institute (CAMARTEC), the National Arts Council (NAOT), the National Housing Corporation (NHC), and other public institutions, wishes to inform job applicants who were invited for interviews that the interviews will be conducted from 18 January 2026 to 14 February 2026, and successful candidates will be assigned to duty stations according to the announced vacancies.
Applicants are required to attend the interview on the date, time, and venue specified in the interview call, and failure to appear will be considered a withdrawal. All applicants must wear face masks when attending the interview and are required to present an official invitation letter for identification purposes.
Applicants must bring original certificates for verification, including birth certificate, academic and professional certificates, transcripts, and relevant work experience letters. Copies or provisional documents will not be accepted, and only original documents issued by the relevant authorities will be considered valid.
Applicants are required to bring valid identification documents, including National Identification Card, Voter’s ID, Passport, Driving License, or an introduction letter from the Local Government authority. Testimonials, provisional results, statements of results, and Form IV and Form VI result slips will not be accepted and will not be considered for interview participation.
All applicants are responsible for their own expenses, including transport, accommodation, food, and other costs related to attending the interview. Foreign applicants must have their academic certificates verified and recognized by the relevant authorities in Tanzania, such as TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA, and those with foreign qualifications must ensure their GPA is converted and recognized by TCU.
Applicants who have already created accounts in the Ajira Portal must log in using their existing credentials, while those who have forgotten their passwords should use the password recovery option. Applicants who have legally changed their names must ensure they present a Deed Poll duly registered with the Ministry of Lands during the interview.
