Tanzania Integrated Engineering Solution Company Limited (TIES) is inviting applications from qualified Tanzanian candidates for contract and project-based positions to be deployed at various project sites within Tanzania.
Available Positions
-
Boiler Makers (10 Positions)
Qualifications and Experience:
• Certificate or Diploma in Boiler Making, Welding, or Mechanical Fabrication
• 2–4 years of working experience in mineral processing plants or heavy industrial installations -
Electrical Technicians (5 Positions)
Qualifications and Experience:
• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Electricity
• 2–4 years of experience in mining projects or heavy industrial installations -
Plumbers (3 Positions)
Qualifications and Experience:
• Certificate or Trade Test in Plumbing, Pipe Fitting, or Mechanical Installation
• 2–4 years of experience in mineral processing plants or heavy industrial installations
General Requirements and Competencies
All candidates must demonstrate:
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Good safety awareness and teamwork skills
• Experience in CIP/CIL, elution, crushing, milling, or flotation plant processes will be an added advantage
